nLogic is seeking a Logistician to support operations in the Huntsville area. This position supports daily publication and forms management activities that contribute directly to the accuracy, readiness, and sustainment of Army aviation and missile platforms. Logisticians provide the analytical capacity the team relies on to meet the Government’s stated monthly workload for forms‑management actions and technical manual reviews.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, government stakeholders, and technical partners to support research, publication updates, and coordination tasks within a collaborative, mission‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and cross‑reference data in Army logistics systems such as LMP, LSAR, WEBFLIS, MEARS, CCSS, FedLog, and STARPUBS to support forms management and publication reviews.
Support the DA Form 2028 review process by performing initial research, verifying data in logistics databases, and routing recommended changes for Senior Logistician review.
Assist with MEO incorporation by comparing Maintenance Engineering Order content against affected Equipment Publications.
Support Technical Manual (TM) review activities by comparing publication content against approved engineering source data, including ECPs, DCNs, and DA Form 2028 submissions.
Provide drafting and editing support for RPSTL parts listings and TM revisions under Senior Logistician guidance.
Support hardware teardown activities by assisting with documentation and data capture.
Maintain accuracy in all database research and cross‑referencing, ensuring no recurring errors.
Complete required Government training on time, including TARP, OPSEC, COMSEC awareness, and AMCOM safety briefings.
Record labor hours accurately by labor category for inclusion in monthly CDRL A001 reporting.
Contribute to the team’s overall analytical and database research throughput as one of the team’s Logisticians.
Required Qualifications
Secret security clearance (active and in-scope preferred; ability to obtain and maintain required).
Education and Experience Requirement:
High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant logistics or technical publications experience
Associates degree and 10 years of relevant logistics or technical publications experience
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant logistics or technical publications experience
Working familiarity with at least one of the following:
Army technical manual review
RPSTL development
DA Form 2028 or MEO processing
ECP/DCN analysis
Army logistics database research
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Acceptable Equivalent Experience Includes:
Recent military separation (within the last five years) with a relevant logistics MOS (88‑series, 91‑series, 92Y, or other logistics‑coded MOS) combined with an associate or bachelor’s degree.
Prior contractor support experience at AMCOM, AMC, TACOM, CECOM, or another Army Life Cycle Management Command location in a publications‑support or logistics‑analyst capacity.
Army depot publications support experience at Anniston, Letterkenny, Tobyhanna, Red River, Corpus Christi, or another comparable depot in a junior analytical role.
Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, technical communication, or engineering technology who have internship or co‑op experience supporting Army or DoD publication or sustainment activities.
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Army publication change‑management processes under Senior Logistician mentorship. The workload associated with this role requires Logisticians to develop quickly into productive analytical contributors.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience within the Army sustainment community.
Familiarity with S1000D, MIL‑STD‑40051, MIL‑STD‑3031, or Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) authoring environments.
Prior support to Cargo, Gray Eagle, PATRIOT, Javelin, or comparable Army aviation or missile platform sustainment programs.
Working knowledge of AR 25‑30 and AMC PAM 25‑31 Army publication management standards.
