nLogic is seeking a Sustainment Master Scheduler to support a mission-focused effort in the Colorado Springs area.
In this role, you will serve as a key scheduling resource supporting sustainment and modernization activities for MILSATCOM and NC3 systems within the Space Systems Command Program Management Office at Peterson Space Force Base. Working in a collaborative SEIT environment, you’ll manage and maintain an executable Integrated Master Schedule, integrate inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensure alignment across government partners, contractors, and technical teams. You will play a critical role in supporting planning for legacy and transitioning space‑based communication capabilities, providing clear schedule insights, driving best‑practice execution, and contributing directly to mission readiness across Joint and Allied operations.
The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Space Force’s Space Systems Command. We support the Space Force’s acquisition of state-of-the-art Military Satellite Communications systems, providing global secure protected communications for our nation’s warfighters. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a realistic, executable Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using inputs from IPT planning, partner schedulers, and subcontractor schedules
Develop, analyze, and manage detailed and master schedules, including maintaining summary‑level schedules and monitoring critical path activities
Support SEIT teams by integrating schedule inputs from engineering, test, sustainment, and modernization activities
Prepare and present monthly schedule briefings to internal teams, external stakeholders, and executive leadership
Coordinate monthly CDRL and DAL IMS submissions using DI‑MGMT‑81661 IPMR processes
Collaborate with government stakeholders, IPT leads, and industry teammates to ensure interoperability and alignment across schedules
Apply planning and scheduling best practices, including DCMA 32 guidelines, to maintain schedule credibility and baseline integrity
Create and deliver senior‑level schedule management reviews and schedule‑driven presentations
Support integration of subcontractor schedules and assess impacts to the overall program baseline
Travel up to 20% to CONUS and OCONUS locations as directed by the government customer
Required Qualifications:
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship is mandatory). A clearance active within the last 24 months is considered current.
Expert knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft Project scheduling software and Milestone Professional
Scheduling process expertise, such as utilizing planning and scheduling best practices
Familiarity with utilizing planning and scheduling best practices DCMA 32 guidelines Comprehension of managing schedules, while analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules
Skillful at creating and presenting Schedule Management Reviews and senior-level scheduling presentations
Excellent interpersonal/interfacing skills while working alongside government stakeholders, IPT leads and teammates to create scheduling products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years planning/scheduling experience
Possess Program Management Institute (PMI) Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiarity with managing and integrating sub-contract schedules
Familiarity with Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
Experience with creating and managing Roadmaps
Experience with DoW space programs
Experience in SEIT environment.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $134,500
