The DTechLogic Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ARC Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Missile Defense Agency Advanced Research Center (MDA ARC).
This multifaceted role provides essential support to the ARC's operations, encompassing User Services, Secure Media Services, Data Center Monitor, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong aptitude for learning technical processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
About the ARC: The Advanced Research Center (ARC) is a Missile Defense Agency (MDA) facility located in Cummings Research Park in Huntsville, AL. The ARC is a Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) facility designed and operated to support Missile Defense System (MDS), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL), Ground Test (GT), and Flight Test (FT) activities.
About DTechLogic: DTechLogic is the prime contractor supporting the ARC, which is a joint venture between Davidson Technologies and nLogic that was started in 2018. The DTechLogic ARC Team consists of five contractor teammates in Huntsville, AL. Standard ARC operation hours are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, with some exceptions outside of this window to support test events that require night shift work for some positions.
Required Qualifications:
Security Clearance: Current SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Commitment to Following Procedures: The ability to meticulously follow step-by-step instructions and protocols to ensure accuracy and security.
Attention to Detail: The capacity to record data, verify information, and maintain accurate documentation, crucial for maintaining security and operational integrity.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users, explain processes, and convey information clearly and professionally.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer hardware, software applications, and navigation.
Data Entry: Proficiency in accurately and efficiently entering data into computer systems.
Problem Solving: Capacity to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
Security Awareness: Understands security protocols and is able to adhere to regulations.
Time Management: Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Adaptability: Can quickly switch from one assignment to the next, and to learn new procedures quickly.
Experience: 2-9 years of related work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a government or security-conscious environment.
Advanced proficiency in using IT management ticketing systems.
Advanced proficiency in burning media to disks
Analytical skills to assess the scope and priority of issues.
Previous experience in user account administration.
Knowledge of media handling and knowledge of how to track media transfers.

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Current SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required for consideration. This is a full-time position on-site in Huntsville, AL.
