nLogic is hiring a Logistics Management Specialist to support IT logistics, asset tracking, warehouse operations, and supply management for Army operations at Fort Lee, VA. This role ensures accountability and lifecycle management of government-furnished equipment, supplies, keys, devices, and related assets. This position is contingent upon contract award.
This role ensures reliable operation, troubleshooting, sustainment, and inventory support for AV systems. This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee, VA.
Responsibilities:
Track, manage, and maintain inventory of IT equipment, supplies, devices, keys, and government-furnished assets
Support warehouse operations, logistics processes, and equipment lifecycle management
Manage equipment receipt, issuance, storage, accountability, transfer, and disposition
Maintain accountability for government-issued keys, devices, supplies, and equipment
Support Army logistics systems and platforms such as GCSS, ADHOC Management portal, Army supply systems, and related inventory or accountability tools
Coordinate with technical teams, government stakeholders, warehouse personnel, and operational teams to support equipment needs
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and accountability controls for assigned assets
Required Qualifications:
An active, in-scope Secret Security Clearance is required for this position
Relevant experience in IT logistics and supply management
Experience supporting receipt, issuance, transfer, storage, lifecycle management, or disposition of equipment and supplies
Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
Experience with Army logistics systems such as GCSS, ADHOC Management portal, Army supply systems, or similar inventory and accountability platforms
Ability to support operational and technical teams in a structured government or DoD environment
Proximity to and ability to work onsite full time in Fort Lee, Virginia
