DTechLogic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Huntsville, AL as an Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) Administrator, focusing on Linux systems using Red Hat products.
In this role, you will work with an experienced team of engineers and analysts with Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Satellite, RHEL Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), and RHEL Identity Management (IdM). Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our cybersecurity posture by automating security compliance and system management at scale.
About the ARC: The Advanced Research Center (ARC) is a Missile Defense Agency (MDA) facility located in Cummings Research Park in Huntsville, AL. The ARC is a Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) facility designed and operated to support Missile Defense System (MDS), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL), Ground Test (GT), and Flight Test (FT) activities.
About DTechLogic: DTechLogic is the prime contractor supporting the ARC, which is a joint venture between Davidson Technologies and nLogic that was started in 2018. The DTechLogic ARC Team consists of five contractor teammates in Huntsville, AL. Standard ARC operation hours are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, with some exceptions outside of this window to support test events that require night shift work for some positions.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and implement Ansible playbooks with AAP for Windows, RHEL, and network devices
Perform RHEL system administration, including content and patch management using Satellite
Manage users, hosts, and security policies with RHEL IdM
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Linux environment
Create clear work instructions and documentation for automation processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and build effective solutions
Required Qualifications:
An active, in-scope Secret Security Clearance is required for this position
CompTIA Security+ Certification is required
A foundational understanding of the Linux command line
Basic knowledge of Linux Administration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Linux automation
Familiarity with a scripting language (python or BASH) or YAML is a plus, but not required

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Current SECRET security clearance is required for consideration. This is a full-time position on-site in Huntsville, AL.
