nLogic is seeking a Program Control Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
Reporting directly to the President/CEO and partnering closely with Program Managers, the Program Control Analyst owns the financial lifecycle of assigned programs. This role ensures accurate planning, forecasting, and compliance while enabling informed decision-making. Responsibilities span contract setup, revenue and profit tracking, billing accuracy, and program closeout, with a strong focus on financial analysis and strategic support.
Responsibilities:
Program Financial Lifecycle
Own end-to-end financial management for assigned programs: setup, forecasting, billing, and closeout.
Prepare and maintain work authorizations, project summary reports, and burn rate analyses.
Develop and update Estimates at Completion (EACs) and forecasts for revenue, profit, and labor.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Track and report on revenue, profit, billing, unbilled, and funding status.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to Program Managers and leadership.
Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports for CEO/CFO reviews.
Compliance and Controls
Ensure adherence to government contracting requirements and internal financial policies
Maintain accurate contract and funding setups in Deltek Costpoint
Billing and Accounts Receivable
Validate monthly invoices and revenue recognition; resolve billing and AR issues promptly
Decision Support
Serve as the financial right hand to Program Managers, enabling proactive management of risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
Provide pricing support for proposals and bids.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with government contracting and multiple contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, LOE).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint
