nLogic is hiring for a Lab Requirements Engineer to join our team and become part of Space Launch System (SLS) program, located in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities:
Provide test lab support
Coordinate requirements changes in a test lab environment
Document commitments made by various test lab stakeholders
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure test activities are successful
Using DOORs to document the various test lab requirements
Coordinating with various teams as tests are run
Work with stakeholders on performing tests and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Math, or Physics
3 or more years of experience with avionics testing
Must have experience with conducting avionics hardware tests in a lab environment
Must be able to understand complex avionics systems in order to write, review, and run avionics test procedures
Experience with coordinating with stakeholders
Must be able to work with stakeholders on performing tests and troubleshooting
Must have experience with test requirements
Must have an understanding of HW and SW interfaces
Must be able to create, review, and run avionics test procedure
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the NASA programs
Familiarity with MS Office and DOORs
Familiar with various reviews (CDR, TRR, etc)
Education/Experience:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering/Engineering, Physics, or other STEM field.
3 or more years of experience in the Responsibilities area.
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a Customer/NASA background check. This is a full-time position located in Huntsville, AL. This is a full-time 40-hour week Monday through Friday position. Candidate must be able to work weekends and shift during test events when required. Some travel may be required.
