nLogic is seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Analyst to support military construction (MILCON) projects, focusing on infrastructure integration, cybersecurity, and IT/OT requirements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with Army policies, industry standards, and modernization efforts.
Duties Include:
Provide coordination and analytical support for MILCON, energy, and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration of IT/OT systems and cybersecurity measures.
Track project milestones, manage documentation and support compliance with Army standards, including Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS).
Assist in developing project deliverables, stakeholder matrices, risk assessments, and workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Review technical documentation related to project planning, system hardening, and cybersecurity frameworks such as the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Facilitate meetings, provide briefings, and contribute to Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and program management activities.
Analyze financial, scheduling, and regulatory data to support infrastructure readiness and risk mitigation strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in the Army, DoD, or MILCON project support roles
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems
Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, improve processes, and enhance project coordination
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create reports, briefs, and stakeholder materials
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Army systems such as APMS, eMASS, and DTS.
Familiarity with PAX and CAPCES for MILCON project planning and cost estimation.
Knowledge of Army funding strategies, including the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
Certifications or formal training in UFS, UFGS, and construction-related frameworks
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires a SECRET Security Clearance. This is a full-time position that is fully onsite located at Huntsville, AL.
